All rentals during High and Mid Season are from Saturday to Saturday, with a 7-day minimum stay, unless alternative conditions are agreed upon with the Manager. In Low Season greater flexibility with dates is sometimes possible. All rental prices are quoted in Euros, although payments can be made in dollars at prevailing exchange rates.

All linens, towels and utilities, are included in the above prices. We provide a full house cleaning and linen change every 6 or 7 days. Any additional cleaning is at the expense of the client at a price of €20 per cleaning woman per hour. If requested, our cleaning people can do laundry for guests at a cost of €20 per load. Guests have free access to a washing machines and dryers, and are responsible for changing their own towels.

Additional cleaning requested by the client is charged at a rate of €80 per floor

Laundry is charged at the rate of €20 per load, if tenants wish for our cleaning people to do their laundry and towels

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All payment terms are outlined in the Rental Agreement which we will send you when you confirm your reservation.
A fifty percent deposit is required to secure a reservation, with the balance due no later than 60 days before the date of the rental. Fifty percent of the deposit is fully refundable, for a period of 30 days after client has been granted an official hold on the property. After that period, the deposit is not refundable unless we are able to rebook the time, in which case it is fully refundable minus a €100 administration fee.
